You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents and information you provide. We are not liable for application rejection due to incorrect information.

Refund Policy

Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been initiated with the respective portal. Government fees are paid to the issuing authority and are subject to that authority's refund policy.

Processing Time

Government portal processing times vary and are outside our control. We will share status updates as they are available.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the service charge paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
